Every Dye Kween textile is dyed by hand using real flowers, botanical extracts, and natural dyes. Because we work with nature rather than synthetic pigments, each piece is unique.

The photographs represent the overall design and color palette, but the placement of flowers, botanical impressions, and subtle variations in color will naturally differ. We believe these variations are part of the beauty of botanical dyeing.

Most of the flowers used in our process are grown in the Dye Kween garden, complemented throughout the season with carefully sourced blooms when needed.

Care: Wash delicate on cold water setting with a ph-neutral detergent (eg. no Tide or Gain). Hand dry or tumble dry low. Keep out of prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

• North America : 3 - 5 business days

• Europe : 5 - 10 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

We are not responsible for packages that have been delivered, then stolen.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If your order is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), underwear, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
